Running season coming – time to set some goals

Running season is approaching!

Are you looking to do HBF or city to surf or one of those other big races? Or do you want to run 5km at park run for the very first time?

Whatever your goals, NOW is the time to start training in order to meet those goals.

Our coached sessions provide a perfect environment to run, improve in and be motivated…. We cater for all levels and abilities so the session will be structured to allow you to grow and develop in your own time.

For our more competitive and advanced runners, your sessions will suitably structured to allow for continued performance gains.
