Run session updates

As part of my continuing experimentation, I have been requested to start the run sessions a bit later on Monday night.

The sessions will now start at 6.15pm mostly at Bob Blackburn reserve but check here for the calendar

This Sunday we will be starting the first of the free group long runs at various times/locations…

This Sunday the 28th May at 2pm the starting point will be;

Kent Street Weir Path meet near the cafe so we can go for coffee and cake afterwards…

People will have the opportunity to run as many (or as few laps) as they like… There is a kids playground.
