Mums/bubs session – register your interest….

I plan to commence the Mums and bubs session as I think it is a great way for women to meet and get fit, not to mention having coffee and cake after the session, once I get enough interest & inquiries about it 🙂

These sessions will revolve around those that bring their kids to a session, whether that is taking turns with running, walk/running as a group or just doing small exercises in a kid friendly area – we would cater for all levels of Mum from those who really can only do a bit of walking up to those that are competitive and are coming along to meet other mums…. It really is a great idea to get fit and meet and motivate other mums…
